This week, the VantageScore team joined one of the United States’ largest Minority Trade Associations, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, at their flagship event, NAHREP AVANCE Global Conference in Las Vegas. The three-day industry event brings together over 6,000 participants and more than 100 exhibitors, including JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, New American Funding, and Guild Mortgage. It focuses on gathering market insights, maintaining business growth, and forging leadership in the Latino community.
At the conference, Anthony Hutchinson, EVP and Head of Public Affairs, took the main stage to participate in the conference’s core panel, alongside Movement Mortgage, US Bank, Rate, and other C-Suite leadership from AI, mortgage lending, and home building industries. During his session, he highlighted VantageScore 4.0’s ability to reduce risk and remain inclusive by creating opportunities for well-deserved and underserved populations. The VantageScore team also hosted an invite-only session with potential and existing VantageScore users for an executive-focused discussion on the model, its industry-wide impacts, and notable updates in progress.
VantageScore’s engagement at the conference highlighted the mortgage industry’s demand for VantageScore adoption and underscored the importance of making our presence known across all industry events. Engaging directly with mortgage leaders allows VantageScore to develop valuable connections and take advantage of opportunities to educate stakeholders about our models.
Special thanks go out to Anthony Hutchinson, EVP and Head of Public Affairs, and Jason Jefferies, Director of Mortgage Client Success, for attending the event and enthusiastically representing VantageScore. Additional thanks go out to Will Melfi, Social Media Manager, for his assistance in ensuring we captured great video and imagery throughout the event.
